The Subscription page allows you to manage your subscription at You can check the status of your subscription and all your invoices listed on the Payment History page.

  • To download your receipts, click the icons on the far right of Payment History. 

  • To cancel your subscription, click on “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page.

Canceling your subscription will not revoke access or delete data until the end of your payment cycle. You can still use the application after canceling your subscription. If you want to erase your data, you’ll have to delete your account after your payment cycle ends.

Update Subscription

You can update your subscription by editing it. Press the "Edit subscription" button at the top right.  Select your preferred subscription plan between either PLUS or PRO.

  • Choose either a monthly billing cycle to pay per month or an annual to pay per year.

  • Change the licenses by selecting the number of users.

  • Update any changes in your payment information, such as business name or address. You'll be transferred to the desired plan as soon as you change your plan. No restrictions or limits on payment info updates.
