Yes, if you feel that Timesheet is not the best solution for you, you can absolutely cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel your subscription at the "Subscription" page on the web application.
Yes. Timesheet is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time with a single user. If you have created teams and invited team-members you can not downgrade to the Plus plan.
Yes. The mobile apps are free and without any limitation. You need a subscription for the web application and additional features like synchronisation and cloud backup.
The free trial provides you with a full version of a Pro plan for thirty days. You get the full experience of the Timesheet software, so you know exactly what you're getting when you become a Timesheet customer.
After the 30 day trial you will automatically be downgraded to our free plan if you do nothing. If you chose to keep your paid plan, you will need to enter your payment details and confirm.
You can delete your account any time at the web application. Please log in to your account and go to "Profile" -> "Delete Account".
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Customers in Europe can also purchase on bill for annual subscriptions.
No. You can sign up and use Timesheet Pro for 30 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to make a purchase, you will need to pick a plan and enter your payment details.
