Profile
The profile page is where you manage your personal details, secure your account, and, if needed, delete your data or your account. It is split into three areas: profile details, security, and a danger zone.
Profile details
This section shows your account information: your profile photo, name, email address, and newsletter preference.

The fields shown are:
- First name and Last name: your display name.
- E-mail: the email address linked to your account. A checkmark next to the address means it is verified.
- Newsletter: whether you are subscribed to the newsletter.
To change these details:
- Select Edit Profile in the top right.
- Update your photo, name, email, or newsletter preference.
- Save your changes.
Security
Use the security section to change your password and turn on two-factor authentication.

- Edit Password: select this to set a new password.
- Enable two-factor authentication: select this to add a second verification step when you sign in. With two-factor authentication on, you confirm your identity using a second factor in addition to your password, which makes your account harder to access if your password is exposed.
Two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second verification step when you sign in. After your password, you also enter a short code from an authenticator app, so your account stays protected even if your password is exposed.
Turn it on
- In the Security section, select Enable two-factor authentication.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password). If you cannot scan it, enter the key shown below the code manually.
- Give the authenticator a name, enter the 6-digit code it shows, and select Verify and enable.

Save your recovery codes
After you enable two-factor authentication, Timesheet shows a set of one-time recovery codes. Each code lets you sign in once if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Select Copy or Download to save them somewhere safe, tick I have saved these recovery codes in a safe place, and select Done. The codes are shown only once.
Manage or turn it off
Once two-factor authentication is on, the Security section shows the enrolled authenticator and when it was added.

- Regenerate recovery codes: create a new set of codes. The previous set stops working.
- Disable: turn off two-factor authentication. You then only need your password to sign in.
Signing in with two-factor authentication
After you enter your password, Timesheet asks for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

If you do not have your authenticator app, select Use a recovery code instead and enter one of the codes you saved.

If you lose both your authenticator app and your recovery codes, you can be locked out of your account. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe.
AI assistant and channels
Chronis, the AI assistant, lives in the right sidebar of the Dashboard. You can chat with it in plain language to log time, ask for totals, and generate reports.

The Channels section of your profile is where you connect Chronis to outside messaging apps and manage what it does for you. It has three tabs: Connections, Chat History, and Reminders.
Connections
Connect a channel to chat with Chronis from Telegram, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger. Each connected channel shows the channel type, your channel user ID, and when it was connected.

Select Manage Channels to connect a new channel, and Disconnect to remove one.
Chat history
The Chat History tab lists your past conversations with Chronis across every channel (Web, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, and Messenger). For each conversation you see the channel, the topic, the last sync, and the message count. Filter by channel to find a specific thread.
Reminders
Reminders let Chronis message you on a schedule, for example to remind you to start your timer or to log your hours. Each reminder shows its title, schedule, next run, and status.

To create one, select New Reminder and fill in the form:
- Title and Message: what the reminder is called and the text Chronis sends.
- Schedule Type: a one-time reminder or a recurring one.
- Start Date & Time and Timezone: when it first runs.
- Recurrence Settings: for a recurring reminder, how often it repeats and when it ends.

Chronis is included with every plan that has web access (Pro, Business, and Enterprise) and during your trial. An MCP server connects the same assistant to Claude and ChatGPT. See the MCP server guide.
Connected devices
The Connected Devices section lists every device signed in to your account, such as your phone and the web app, with its current sync state.

- Name: the device, for example "Pixel 8 Pro" or "Web App (Google Chrome)".
- Sync state: whether the device is up to date, shown as "In sync".
- Update Now: push the latest data to that device.
- Delete: remove the device from your account. It has to sign in again to reconnect.
Danger zone
This area contains two destructive actions: deleting all your data and deleting your account. Both are permanent.

Delete all data
Delete All Data permanently removes all your data, including projects, tasks, time entries, and reports. Your account stays active, but all associated data is removed.
Deleting your data cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep before you continue.
Delete account
Delete My Account permanently deletes your account and all associated data. Your access is revoked and you are signed out immediately.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep before you continue.
