Profile

The profile page is where you manage your personal details, secure your account, and, if needed, delete your data or your account. It is split into three areas: profile details, security, and a danger zone.

Profile details

This section shows your account information: your profile photo, name, email address, and newsletter preference.

Profile details with photo, name, email, and newsletter

The fields shown are:

  • First name and Last name: your display name.
  • E-mail: the email address linked to your account. A checkmark next to the address means it is verified.
  • Newsletter: whether you are subscribed to the newsletter.

To change these details:

  1. Select Edit Profile in the top right.
  2. Update your photo, name, email, or newsletter preference.
  3. Save your changes.

Security

Use the security section to change your password and turn on two-factor authentication.

Security options for password and two-factor authentication

  • Edit Password: select this to set a new password.
  • Enable two-factor authentication: select this to add a second verification step when you sign in. With two-factor authentication on, you confirm your identity using a second factor in addition to your password, which makes your account harder to access if your password is exposed.

Danger zone

This area contains two destructive actions: deleting all your data and deleting your account. Both are permanent.

Danger zone with options to delete all data or delete the account

Delete all data

Delete All Data permanently removes all your data, including projects, tasks, time entries, and reports. Your account stays active, but all associated data is removed.

warning

Deleting your data cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep before you continue.

Delete account

Delete My Account permanently deletes your account and all associated data. Your access is revoked and you are signed out immediately.

danger

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep before you continue.
