Updating Your Subscription

Change your plan or billing preferences:

  1. Click "Edit Subscription" (top-right)
  2. Select desired plan:
    • Plus: Mobile sync & cloud backup
    • Pro: Full web access & team features
  3. Choose billing frequency:
    • Monthly (more flexible)
    • Annual (cost savings)
  4. Adjust user licenses as needed
  5. Update payment details if required
  6. Confirm changes

  • View all past invoices

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Click "Cancel Subscription" (bottom)
  2. Confirm cancellation

Important Cancellation Notes:

  • Service continues until current billing period ends
  • No automatic data deletion
  • Can resubscribe anytime
  • To permanently delete data, you must manually delete your account
