Insights
The Insights page stores the reports generated by the Chronis AI assistant. When you ask Chronis for a summary or a report, it analyzes your tracked data and saves the result here so you can read it again later.
Insights and the Chronis AI assistant are included with plans that have web access (Pro, Business, and Enterprise).
Report list

The list shows every report that has been generated.
What you see:
- Title: the name of the report (for example, "Last Week Workforce Time and Labor Report")
- Date: when the report was created
- Delete: remove a report you no longer need
Use the Search bar to find a report by title.
Report details

Click a report to open it. A report is written in plain language and is organized into sections, which usually include:
- An executive summary with the headline numbers for the period
- A breakdown of where the time went, grouped by project, client, or activity
- Work pattern observations, such as long sessions or short breaks
- Recommendations for the next period
Summary cards at the bottom show the key totals for the period, such as total tracked time, labor cost, and number of tasks.
Click Back to return to the list.
Creating a report
Reports are created through the Chronis AI assistant in the right sidebar of the Dashboard. Ask it for the report you want, for example a summary of last week's workforce. When the report is ready, Chronis gives you a button to open it, and it is saved to this page.
